What is it?
NPA (Non-Performing Asset) properties previously auctioned but unsold.
Now available for direct sale from the bank.
Process:
Select a suitable property from the list.
Contact the authorised officer for inspection and document verification.
Submit a letter of willingness to purchase.
Officer initiates the process (20–25 days).
Pay 10 % EMD and 15 % of the sale amount to the bank’s account.
Receive the sale confirmation letter.
Pay the remaining 75 % within 15–30 days.
Bank issues the sale certificate.
Authorised officer registers the property in your name.
